Have to recommend seeing a traditional osteopath. They are scarce in some places, but the seattle are would have a few, I'm sure. Osteopaths were the first holistic practitioners, and discovered some fascinating stuff. Hard to know where to begin. Chiropractors scratch the surface of where a traditional osteopath goes. So, an osteopath has "DO" after their name. But most osteos don't do the traditional, old school methods anymore, having become more like MDs. You would need to talk with them or visit their website to see what they say about themselves. MDs tend to favor surgery and drugs. Chiros tend to crack the back and get someone on, basically, a subscription. Neither approach addresses the causation, though one is at least noninvasive and nonchemical. As an example, I have been going to Dr Richard Armond in Dunwoody, GA recently. No drugs, surgery, or cracking, but feel great. He says my next appointment, the third one, should have me all straightened out, without a need to come back, unless I twist an ankle or whatever. He also does what amounts to some trance work or hypnosis during the session. Fascinating, and works so well...!
