There is NGO group trying to reduce the amount that pets are killed. They also share the info when the pet is missing etc. I heard they would accept donation such as clean sheets, towels, blankets, because they don't want to use the same ones from other (sick) dogs. http://pawpawvol3.jimdo.com/
