Can anyone on here recommend a good eye doctor for children under the age of 3?
Tracye P. replied:
Not Prudhomme he was condescending, rude, and a bully to my son when I took him at age 5 or 6 --- He was terrified of the eye doctor for years --- He finally started going to Dr Ashley ---
Anna T. replied:
Dr Mungan (spelling may be wrong) is a pediatric ophthalmologist at Batson .
Charla B. replied:
Dr. Mungan, University in Jackson, Addie McBride Building last time we were there.
Jinnea P. replied:
Dr Ashley and his son are super..The young Dr Ashley might be a good choice for your young kids.
Sam W. replied:
Young Dr. Ashby. Not sure if he sees young ones tho... But he's good!
Laura F. replied:
Dr. Mungan, UMC 764 Lakeland dr. Across from UMC main campus. 601-984-5020
Shirley B. replied:
Do not take your child to an optometrist. Go to an ophthalmologist. Dr. Nils Mungan at UMC or Dr. John McVey who I think is at the Baptist Hospital. Both are excellent pediatric ophthalmologists and both are in Jackson.
Melissa G. replied:
Dr. Rankin is great with children.
Lesley S. replied:
