If u do decide to try Batson North Clinic, it is awesome! We don't have medicaid but I know they accept it. Dr. Brooks has seen my son from birth, 1 lb preemie to now-13 yrs old! We would not go anywhere else.

I don't think the Children's Medical Group takes Medicaid. I know they did not used to. We use Dr. Will Sorey at UMC. He see patients now at the Pavillion.

Yes sir, Mr. Savage. That would be Clinic C in the main hospital. In the Eli Manning Clinics.I mentioned Dr. Sorey because e has been at Batson Children's hospital for a number of years, and our family has a lot of faith in him. (The Pavillion is on the main campus, just not in the Pediatric part of the hospital.

They accept limited CHPS, but they do not accept Medicaid. Not being a certified Broom Flyer, just passing a long information.

UMC has a clinic at Grants Ferry (in Flowood on Lakeland, between the Walmart and the Kroger), as well, which is not nearly close to Clinton, but is only a few years old and accepts all insurance. I can't speak as to what the local practices here accept, though.

Jaye Myers. She is a fantastic Dr. When she was at UMC she was the "Chief Resident." which is an honor bestowed among the "best". She is also a Mother so that means she is double good, because Mother's have spots in their hearts for children and she also had excellent training. Oh if Amy is there she is also a great Dr. Which Dr. Died that was at The Clinton Chilren's Medical Group? When was this? am not saying anything is wrong with Joe Russell, I just knew Jaye, and Amy longer.

James, Dr. Carlyle passed away several years ago. I loved him. He was our pediatrician. CMG is a great group. All the physicians are good. They also have an after-hours clinic off of Lakeland. My 19 year old still sees Dr. Russell!

His name is Jeff Crout. Jeffery. He is a phenominal Dr. but as far as I know he is not seeing patients in clinic, just in house. Oh, I remember Dr. Carlyle. I worked at UMC for 10 1/2 years I was the pediatric Compliance Analyst. Dr. Sorey is my grandchildren's pediatrician at UMC. He used to be in with Joe Donaldson, now he is in with Elizabeth (Bri) May. We love Dr. Sorey so. He is the best. Like I said any of the Doc's at Children's Medical Group are great. I just know Amy and Jaye a bit more.
