One from a friend who used the Dr. and one from a medical community contact who has professional knowledge of the Dr. Let me know if you don't get the information and I will send it wherever you need it to go. I have never been able to get into the APS Forum. I didn't do it right away when I first joined the site and I think I am locked out of it now.
