Heyo. I don't personally know any, but I may be able to direct you to help. There is a community center-like institution in Polonia on the NW side. It's called the [Copernicus Center](http://copernicuscenter.org/). I imagine they or someone who works or frequents the center should know a Polish notary. I hope this helps.
EBofEB replied:
This place can probably help you but call first: http://www.polish.org/en/ Or probably any Polish attorney (adwokat, I think, on the N or NW side)
saaam replied:
If that is hard to find, there are also document translation services in the city. I see a lot of student paperwork for our immigrant students that is the original, plus the translation, and then notarized. Good luck either way!

The manager at the Fifth Third Bank in Rogers park. Or, try calling the wicker location. I believe both had Polish speaking notaries.

I would try a bank in Avondale - most banks have a notary on staff.
chicagohousewife replied:
The bank at Belmont and Harlem had a Polish-speaking notary.

The guy who operates Farmers Insurance on Devon and one block east of Clark is a public notary as well. Call and ask first , because he runs a Farmers Insurance and getting a document translated without being in market for insurance might be a tall proposition
OG-buddha replied:
My girl friends father notarizes documents, and although he doesn't advertise it, he is a first generation polish immigrant. If non of these other guys work out, send me a message. He's out in Westchester (burb) so it might not be as convenient.
Question notary nation: has anyone paid notary Rotary for an upgraded premier membership? Basic membership is free but they want $99 for the premier membership. Is it...
Nichole D. replied:
If ur a singing agent go on notaryquest.com n u can sign up on a ton of title company pages. Good luck
Terri P. replied:
Thanks for the lead. Have you listed with Snap Docs? Superior Notary Services and Notary Spot are two companies that work with snap docs. I've been getting work thru Snap Docs member companies.
Linda H. replied:
I have a premier membership on Notary Rotary - I have to admit I can't say I've gotten a lot of work from it (except what extra SEO it gave me). I do like the website though and the premier membership gives you perks like higher placement in the notary database, additional search abilities for Signing Central (signing companies), free remote fax, discount on supplies, among other perks. I recommend it.
Terri P. replied:
Nichole Leann D'Annunzio: I went to Notary Quest as you suggested and started signing up with the companies listed. Many of them use Snap Docs. As I went to each site and started the sign up process, I was redirected to Snap Docs with the comment...you are already registered. I then signed in and the Snap Docs page for that signing company appeared. It is really neat, since you don't have to send in all your documents again. Snap docs stores your info and all these companies have access. So you might be registered with Snap Docs already.
