I am also an Urban Yoga teacher. We have some great classes I hope you can check out! I teach Wednesday nights 6 pm at St. Johns Lutheran and Kali and I co teach a Thursday night class at Bold City Brewery every Thursday. I am also a teacher with a non profit called yoga for change that hosts free classes in Hemming Park Monday and Thursday at 5:30 and Saturday at 10:00. Lots of great yoga going on in Jax!
