Stephanie Huffman, I work at ECOMS. Care Credit would be your best option there. For anything over $1000 it can be approved by our office manager for 12 months no interest.

Try Goeshan Dental. Their fees our on a rotating scale.

Care credit. You can get at least 6 months no interest for anything over $200, I believe. We used it when the puppy got really sick and I was out of work on maternity leave. Most Dr offices take it.
