Here is our summer special at CrossFit Juneau in the Valley. It amounts to $100 a month if you prepay. Fundamentals is made up of 6 sessions in 4 weeknights and 2 Saturdays over 2 weeks all about an hour and a half of instruction in each session. The next session begins tomorrow evening at 6:30 pm. Come by if you're interested in checking it out or give me a call at 907-957-3185. Crossfit is more than a gym available to workout. All our sessions are planned and coached by certified coaches. So if you want something more than being allowed to walk through the door of a gym and would like training and coaching and you don't want to pay an extra $60 an hour for a trainer then let me know.

If you are a college student, I believe Pavitts has special for the summer, but you have to specify that you are a college student. I go to the valley CrossFit gym and LOVE it. I'm not sure if there are specials for college students. As with any CrossFit gym, you must first have taken the fundamentals class before you can drop in at other gyms and participate in regular classes. (CrossFit Juneau offers these classes though so it wouldn't be a problem). UAS rec center may also be an option if you are a student home for the summer.

There is a small gym called Goals Gym. Idk anything about it but maybe it's cheaper?? I LOVE Pavitts!!!!

Tongass Crossfit is great and located on Thane.

Planet Fitness $20.00 per month with tanning and massage bed included, not to mention personal instruction. 3 months costs less, with all that, than one month in Juneau..... Hmmmm, makes you wonder.

Mountainside Wellness is also great and located downtown.

I recommend The Gym downtown. No contract, open 24/7, $65 a month. It's a really well run establishment!
