I'm kind of saddened to read how many people are not satisfied for various reasons with Valley Medical Care. I started with them back in 1982 with Dr. Sara Isto and her sole partner Dr. Bob Urata. They were simple, caring, and excellent doctors. But times and names and services have changed, along with their newer business incorporation bylaws. It seems the business is telling their doctors what to do rather than the doctors telling the business what they will do. And the patient care objective is squeezed in the middle.
