Vacationstogo.com - it looks like a crappy site but you can call and give them the dates, locations and lrice range youre interested in and they will find a super cheap deal flights included. I did a week in cancun for $600 all inclusive through them but you'd probably want to go a little nicer for the honeymoon. Id check punta cana and casa de campos in Dominican Republic, the Bahamas, Mexico and maybe Jamaica.

Hawaii and Puerto Rico will allow you to have the best of both words, awesome resorts and tons of things to see and do outside while in the comfort of US. Also be advised that Jun-November is the rainy season in the caribbean, so that's a risk. If you choose a Marriott hotel I can hook you guys up with the friends&family discount rate (you can check rates by going to marriott.com and typing MMF in the 'Corporate/promotional code').
