If it is not her pet, call the Humane society first! Leave them a message then call an emergency vet. I had one that wasn't mine get hit in front of my house. Called Salisbury animal hospital and a vet called me back. I didn't have to pay as it was not my cat. The Humane Society takes care of it, but I found out you have to call the HS first and leave a message.
