I need a computer repair person to fix my charging port on my laptop anyone have any suggestions????
Burton K. replied:
It's not worth repairing. The labor to fix it is almost the cost of a new computer. Besides, the solder job never holds. Buy a new laptop. I can help you transfer the info from the old computer to the new one.Take it from an IT Guy who works on these. Give us a call 888-256-0829

what kind of problem do you have? We take our computers to Be-Tek on Wornall for hardware issues; and we use Burton Kelso for software/backup/set up matters. Both great options.

Any advice on a good computer repair person/store in Kansas City--preferably in the Northland?

Go to Computer Pros at Platte Woods, two doors from Subway and in front of the Pizza Shoppe at the light by the grocery store where 9 Highway meets Prairieview. About a mile north of your house. Open six days a week. Easy people to talk to and deal with.
