I second Hatboro Y. Owen did gymnastics there for a bit. It was too intense for him (he wanted to do back handsprings, they focused on form). But, if she is looking for a competition focused program, I was really impressed with their program.
Well if Sweat doesn't work out and you don't mind a 24 hour gym that is a little smaller try Anytime Fitness. Sweat did me dirty on a 30 day trial membership by forging my electronic signature on a long term contract. I know sounds hard to believe but I got out and joined AF.
