Lori Martens McBride, I found this when I was looking for facts on putting filter material around the outdoor unit. https://www.pinterest.com/.../hvac-outdoor-filterscovers.../ I says to take off the filter monthly, hose it off and put it back on. Good for keeping danelions, cottonwood, grass cutting thrown from the lawn mower and other debris out from the A/C unit.

Roger Wendt. Agreed. I know that there are cleaners designed to spray on and hose off of the cooling fins of the heat exchanger to improve the efficiency of the AC unit.

They were due here today at 2 pm. No show or calls-1 st time they were suppose to be here, somehow that appointment did not make it onto one of the techs computer. Called the number that is showing now, someone called me right back. Seems that the lady named Debbie that had scheduled us is no longer with the company. They are trying to get things straightened out as I am writing this. I guess several people where not seen by Ecoseal today and they are trying to set things right. Just call 928-733-8724 and leave them a message. They will call yuou. Good luck.
