I am a REALTOR. So is Lori Chambers. Rentals fall under property management, though (sales and property management are like different doctor specialties). Call Bill Barnes at Re/Max Prestige Properties or Cindy Hollingsworth at Keller Williams. Barbara Ricca (Century 21) also has a property management division. Your other option is to call the REALTOR on the sign and ask if the owner is willing to lease the building instead of selling.
