My daughter skates at The Bog in Kingston. Cannot say enough about the program and all of the teachers; angels on earth. They are amazing.
ISO the exercise class offered a few months back. I think it wa once a week around $35 not quite a boot camp but something to get me I shape for a beginner.
If this was the class that was held through Kingston rec, it may have been the Cardio Sport session that I held there as a promotion for the new Cardio Sport Concept Studio at the Hannaford Plaza. This is an amazing and very effective workout that I've had great weight loss success with myself. You can check out their website for more information or just stop in the studio. They have a very friendly staff and the prices are good too. I also teach this class independently at a few area gyms so you can feel free to pm me for info as well. www.cardiosport.nethttps://vimeo.com/114023562
