Caulene Frawley Lynch Delaney did Camp Ponkiwanne last summer and it was awesome! It is at held at Camp Kiwanne in hanson. They go on nature walks, build campfire and have swimming in the lake. The prices are GREAT too.

Indian Head on rte 3A Plymouth is ok. Not too much to do for kids besides swim. There was another one in Plymouth I think off the Plymouth/carver exit heading south on rte 3, they had a few arcade games, a lodge, and provided entertainment in the evenings. (Magic show, bingo, etc)

Bob Bethoney"s karate school in hanson (next to hansoon tire) has kickboxing on Tuesday nights at 730 pm and Saturday mornings at 800 am. Classes are "pay as you go" at $7.00 per class!

She is right best work out ever and you will look forward to going.Weird but true.I never liked working out did it because I should not because I wanted to. If you want free- hook up with Erin Woods Brenton and girls in the go. Free running group. If you don't run- look into USA in Halifax/carver. Under $300/year- 2 locations and tons of classes

Great boot camp on Wednesday mornings at 5:15 at USA Health and Fitness in Pembroke. All classes are included with monthly dues. They have spin class on Tuesdays at 5 and Fridays at 5:30. I am always running from there@5:30.
