In October the Senior Center will be starting 2 classes one is Tuesday at 6 pm the other Friday at 11:30 am. They are not just for seniors for more info call 781-585-0511. Also there are great classes at Hope Floats on Elm St. 781-936-8068

Hope Floats in Kingston is awesome- a few different kinds/ levels. Great place to support- they offer Grief Counseling for free. Yoga drop in fee $12/or $60 for 6 classes that never expires/and you only get charged when you go.

Can anyone recommend a beginners yoga and Zumba classes in the area? I know Fit Factory has them but way to advanced for me.

Aqua Zumba is a little more beginner friendly. Kingsbury used to have it. Not sure if they still do.

Kingston COA has zumba classes for all ages and abilities. Lots of fun, great people, great instructor! Come give it a try... $3/class (Tues and Fri mornings) $5 Monday at 4 pm.

Girls on the Go has two wonderful certified yoga instructors. Paula Parker is amazing and Margo Collins Full Circle Fitness has a great following with her classes and is also a Personal Trainer. These classes are offered in Pembroke at the Pembroke Police Boys Club. Your first class is always FREE. I will be updating the schedule again this weekend with more classes. www.girlsonthego.info. Paula will be teaching at 530 am on Tuesday mornings starting next week. her program is called GOTG Slow Flow Yoga. She will also be teaching specific dates in August too..a bit later.
Can anyone recommend a good beginners hot yoga class? I'm looking for something easy and not too expensive. Thanks!
