I'd try a little DIY repair first. Seal that vertical gap with something like MoreTite and see if it still leaks. If it does, I'd try applying something like Captain Tolly's Creeping Crack Cure around that rectangular seal. If the MoreTite stops the leak -- and assuming you don't want to live with the window sealed -- I'd ask an automotive glass shop to reinstall the window.
