I went with George McGrew for my property's survey. He was cheaper than a couple of others I looked into. Not sure how far he gets out, but it couldn't hurt to ask. McGrew Engineering and Surveying / Mark V Mining in Clinton is where he works out of, no website but he always got back to me with a day. Ralph at Professional Land Systems was nice enough to email me back and tell me he was too busy, and then recommended Mr. McGrew; so I would recommend him solely on the fact that he didn't try to screw me for more money and a slow time frame.

Things to consider which could result in different pricing: * Do you want to just identify the boundaries of your lot? * Do you want to know where the easements are? * Do you need information for landscaping? * Do you want monuments replaced? * Do you want paperwork filed with the registrar of deeds? * Is your property overgrown?
