Stayed here during my trip last year. New Asia Hotel (+604-2503636) corner 110, Jalan Pintal Tali/71 Kimberly Street, Georgetown. You need to carry your bike up stairs, though. Also, rooms facing street can be a little noisy so we asked for one that didn't face street.

Any specific area? There's KSH & Bike Studio@TTDI, Rodalink@Bangsar, Megabike@Petaling Utama, Pedalspot@Sri Petaling, Cheras & SS3, Joo Ngan@Ampang. Outside of KL, thete's Bikepro@Tmn Megah, Fook Sang@Sg Way, Specialized & Meng Thai@Kota Damansara & Godzilla@Kelana Jaya. They all have FB page so you can look it up for the addresses etc.

Actually what are u looking to buy? To me every shop has their specialty... Haha. Some things are cheaper in some shops than the others. Some have things others don't. Some welcome u with sarcastic humour which may not be your cup of tea. wink emoticon Some shops u might want to leave your credit card behind, otherwise u might risk bankruptcy. LOL.
