Dun simply buy a wheel chair.. if ur dad is the patient of UH.. u will b recommended to a physio therapist. The therapist will b able to suggest a good wheel chair.. u can also enquire with the wheelchair department.. Physio therapy n acupunture will help him recover faster. My mom had stroke n my acupuncturist comes 3 times a week when we first started.

Sorry to hear about this. My friends father recently had the same thing. Try Hospis Malaysia for their help. Will pray for your dad. You can also try Izumio and Super Lutein supplements. Many stroke victims have seen amazing improvement after consuming this supplement.
