Jasmin C. replied:
Anette KuMiko, everyone has a 20% discount on the first treatment. But you MUST pm him and say that you read this at Raw Food Today.
Nicolas O. replied:
Anette KuMiko OSTEO CARE, BV2, 3F3, Tel: +6016-333 3797 / +6012-333 3727. No he's not a chiro.
Nicolas O. replied:
Cheesetart Cheryl ADHD is very complicated and might need different approaches for the treatment. Osteopathy will bring a solution concerning the mechanical aspect of the body imbalance. Which will free the structure. Then ne nervous system has to be re-educated and the different therapists have to understand how you child works to help him in the best way.
Chern W. replied:
My first chiro was Dr Green in Brickfields. But Dr Green is no longer in Msia, his ex-wife (yeah they divorced oredi) is not a Chiro but ermm she can do dry needling like what Dr Green did. They have a new main Chiro to replace Dr Green. Their dry needling (like chinese acupuncture but dr green used 1 needle only) method works well for my lower back pain. First visit RM150 i guess, subsequent visit RM58 (i guess!!) Dunno got naik harga or not, so long nv go there oredi. My new chiro is Dr Nick Boden:D
Patsy W. replied:
Dr Twink03 2094 9975, lady Chiro very gentle and all natural, will give you health tips too....like stop giving Tia milk and make Almond milk for her instead etc. she specialises in paediatric Chiro from newborns to adults....
Patsy W. replied:
Fash Shah - Dr Twink specialises in pregnant ladies too. She can turn breech babies head down.
Jasmin C. replied:
That cute French osteopath Osteopath Kuala Lumpur, is a member here.
Nicolas O. replied:
I know a lot of chiro that are doing a great job, but if you asked them they will tell you that they work more like osteo (cause they have to manipulate the other part of the body). I know personally Dr. Twink and if I have to recommend a chiro in this city, it's her. Cause she thinks holistic. And she is good.
Nicolas O. replied:
Ida Rolf is the one who created Rolfing. We studied with osteopaths ! (if you read her biography it is written..), she found that the techniques we were using; named fascial techniques, which is the work we do on the fascias (tissues separating all our muscles, organs, etc.), was a extraordinary technique. Which is right. And she developed Rolfing based on that and other muscular techniques (trigger points, etc.). Rolfers will always say that they treat the physical body imbalance but don't treat injuries, this was one of the rule that Ida imposed. In fact, if they were really confident and were working deeper on the fascia they could treat injuries (this is my opinion, knowing that we use fascias techniques to treat people; it is the basic work we use for new born and pregnant). Rolfing is really interesting from my point of view and I know 2 good rolfers in KL.

Nicolas O. replied:
Liew Yet Lai we have everyday patients coming for meniscus injuries. My first patient when I started my work in Monaco was supposed to go through surgery cause of meniscus dessication on both side. He didn't wanted to and asked me to do something. I was a bit impressed and said "I'll do my best, let's try". It was in 2007, after 3 treatments, and since then, he is running like a 20 years old men.
Liew L. replied:
Yes, I learn something new today! Thanks for the sharing. I was seeing an osteopaedic doctor at Damansara hospital.. it's quite disheartening that nowadays some doctors tend to send patients into operation theater too quickly.. I didn't take the advice to do the surgery, instead I'm choosing to rest the knees, and changing my outdoor activities from hiking to cycling. I'd do some read up on the subject and get back to u!
Liew L. replied:
Yes, Damansara Specialist!
Nicolas O. replied:
Liew Yet Lai In many cases we can do a lot, some cases need surgery. BUT BE CAREFUL IN MALAYSIA THEY LIKE TO MAKE SURGERY FOR EVERYTHING (MORE MONEY) AND A LOT OF THE PATIENTS I SEE WHO WENT UNDER SURGERY OR WERE PROPOSED SURGERY DIDN'T NEED IT AT ALL. But in Malaysia health is a business. It should not be; The Hypocrate serment says: "you must treat any patient, even if you don't get paid". This his the spirit in some countries: "Give the best to your patient, give him what he needs for his health, not what you need for a living".

You might want to see an osteopath instead, similar to a chiropracter, the French osteopaths are required to study for 6 years. What is your son's medical problem? They offer a 20 min free consultation. Try them. If you feel you need a package, they offer Malaysia Education Info members a special package rate https://www.facebook.com/groups/OneOsteo/?ref=br_tf
