Cucumber juice, celery, beetroot, lime juice, etc, 50% raw food for the patient, but check their BP daily because they are also taking medication and the food and meds combined can cause the BP to drop further. However, if you religiously do a food diary, and it helps, the doctor can reduce medication. Some medication can cause edema, swelling so be careful. https://www.facebook.com/groups/RawFoodToday/permalink/907607522640551/?hc_location=ufi

I think best for the mother to check out National Autism Society in KL. they can register the child and guide the family on to the right path to helping this child. Early intervention is really important, so this child can get an appropriate help that is needed.

Firstly, as parents.... We are the driver to our children development. Leads by example. Spend as much time as possible with your child(ren). Be playing in playground, talk to them, cycle, writing holding their hands. These are some sensory that can help them besides going for therapies. Stay strong and positive mummy. U will be surprised to learn so much from your special child. Put aside those gadgets. I have learnt so much from Ms Tye (Speech Oasis) and other teachers too.

My recommendations are: 1. Dr Rajini A/P Sarvananthan - Consultant General & Developmental Paediatrician. She is attached to ParkCity Medical Centre under the Ramsey Sime Darby group of hospitals. Her waiting list is minimum 1 year so if you are interested to see her, best to put your kid on waiting list now. 2. Dr. Ranjini S Sivanesom - Consultant Developmental Paediatrician attached with Prince Court Medical Centre. I heard she is also based in HKL. 3. Occupational Therapy there are a few centres around Klang Valley. These are some centres that I know offers: Oasis Place Ara Damansara, Teo Therapy SS2, ParkCity Medical Centre, Prince Court Medical Centre. Depending on your child's condition, its better to go to the therapy centres rather than doing it at home as centres will have the right facilities and equipments. 4. Have you heard about ABA therapy (Applied Behavior Analysis) as well? Worth to do some read up about it as I know ABA is effective with helping Autistic kids. Early intervention is key
