We have a great slightly granola minimalist doctor that we love. Dr Lisa Asta in WC. Office is in Shadelands. She's really direct and has been just amazing with our 2 kids.

Dr. Pearlman is great! Check Alta Bates in Berkley. No issues with vaccines, etc
