www.iahe.com has a find a therapist link, you can select modality and enter as much of a zipcode as makes sense to return a few options. The listings show how many classes one has completed, and if they are a TA. But one can be a TA for the lower level classes without necessarily having Advanced training. LDT3 is the end of the beginning levels so someone with training beyond that would probably fit your description.
