We use Dr. Mire, but a trip to a specialist resulted in a prescription of topamax or toperimate. Hannah uses it to ward off migraines. Along with a gluten and nitrate free diet, the migraines have gotten almost non-existent and can be controlled with tylenol. Two most significant side effects are loss of appetite and any carbonated taste flat.

I'm with Jan.... Nicole and I have seen Dr. Francine Manuel for years. I have no problem with her bedside manner.... She is a bit dry, but she is really fantastic.
