Oceanfront or...? I don't know of any but I'm positive they exist...I would Google 'Laguna weddings'if you aren't necessarily looking for oceanfront I here lifelong local Mark Christy..is doing wonderful things with The Ranch in Aliso Canyon...then maybe cocktails at Aliso Beach..?

January on the beach could very well equal rain, especially in an El Nino year like this is predicted to be. I second Leila's suggestion of the WCLB. Very affordable if she isn't religious. Otherwise, you might talk to one of the churches in the area and reception at a restaurant afterwards. A friend of mine had his reception at Mare, the restaurant in the cutest little Holiday Inn at Cleo and PCH.
