Anyone knowledgeable on sports rehab:
What is the best non-surgical fix for sciatica from a prolapsed disc?
Chiropractor? Osteo? Sports therapist? Physio?

Personally I would say chiropractor is more of a preventive measure or a later stage of rehab protocol. A GOOD physio should be able to give u a progressive rehab programme. A GOOD Osteo will also get to the bottom of any movement dysfunctions you have above or below the injured area which may be a contributing factor to the injury! Also see a sports massage therapist but don't let them touch near your injured disk. Instead get glutes, hamstrings, adductors, quads, hip flexors and T-spine unglued!
