So many good ones in Leelanau! My favorites by area: Glenn Arbor - Arts; Maple City/Cedar area - Little Traverse Inn; Leland - Bluebird (Pub side); Sutton's Bay - Village Inn or Boons. Have fun!!!!

For small, cozy, remote and fun, look no further than The Garage Bar & Grill in Northport, at the tip of the Little Finger, population 650. Its owner, Bruce Viger, is there every evening and so are a bunch of other good folks.

Great? No. Gordon’s Food Service Chinese? All over town. Best Asian food in northern MI is at the fusion restaurant in Frankfort. And I don’t know why FB is recommending the Saginaw restaurant. lol

Boone's Prime Time in Sutton Bay has the best yellow belly fresh water perch dinner. We drive up from Grand Rapids just for that.

I second Dick's Pour House (Lake Leelanau) and Knot Just A Bar (Omena). Outside of the county, I'd recommend Sleder's.
