Matt & Suzanne Skinner - try doing a round trip flight to and from your 1 st island via hawaiian airlines, price that out..... then maybe the flight to and from FL will be a little less because you can round trip to and from the same city..... it's worth the time to price it out.

We've just been told we can't collect our theme park tickets till check in at Co Co resort on International Drive. We booked an all in one package that included flights, hotel and park tickets. We can't book any fast passes as they can't give us a reference number either. Not happy as have 2 small kids
Briony M. replied:
You put your booking ref (I think) 60 days before into my park code.com then get a code from this and it activates your tickets on MDE

Jess, a friend was just telling me that they are trying to phase out of the free meal plan for the fall. They didn't announce the free dining yet which last year when we went in September I believe it wasn't announced until June or July. They are trying to do other things in September that they usually didn't do such as they are doing 3 Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Parties a week this coming year and the Food and Wine Festival is scheduled earlier and in Sept this year. Rumor has it that they are trying to lure more people in the park that way instead of giving a free meal plan. With that said, we stayed in moderate and deluxe resorts on Disney. Moderates will cost about 6500 without the free meal plan and deluxes about 1K more than that for a week. You can stay at a budget hotel and it would be cheaper by about 1K from the moderate if you get a regular room. Def see a travel agent because if you put your whole trip into the Disneyworld.com site the trips come out a lot more expensive than what they really are. Happy planning! It's the best trip with kiddo's:)

We complained about paying £5 for two teas to the stewardess who said it was only because it was a chartered flight not a scheduled one. We flew American Airlines last year and EVERYTHING was included which she couldn't believe. What was hard to swallow (excuse the pun) is that 10 minutes after buying tea they came round again and gave out free ones!!

We flew With Thomas Cook from Manchester 3 weeks ago. We knew the entertainment wasn't good from last year so loaded our I pads up in advance with things to watch. Other than that the flight was great. Plenty of leg room and delicious food and all on time. I also knew you had to pay for drinks as you do on all charter flights but if you didn't know I guess you would be disappointed. It cost us £200 per person less to fly TC than Virgin so for me it was definitely worth it as I wouldn't spend £200 on drinks and movies. I wouldn't hesitate to fly with them again, I just make sure I'm prepared with my own entertainment now
