In Misty s defends ...Clipper Burn is a slang term...not actually a burn it happens sometimes after clipping close . It's a reaction to a reaction. They itch then they scratch with freshly cut nails which makes it more irritated bacteria enters & that's when it becomes a full blown sore. It s not intentional or careless every dog reacts different.

I personally watched Bonita Drew Manuel beat a skidish dog with a leash. When she saw me she closed the door. I said something to Dr Storer he told me he stayed out of her business. That was the day I changed Veterinarian and groomer.
