Dr.Pai and his wife dr. Susan ishioka I have declined fluoride and no problem they don't push it. They spend as much time with you as you need and they are so kind and personable and their dental hygienist are very good. I take my children there to Dr. Susan and I see Dr. Pai at the same time. I just left Candlewood smiles. Nice staff but the billing is an issue. They over charged me $1500 for something they said my insurance didn't cover. My insurance covered it. Now I get the joy of trying to get my money back. Not the first time I had the issue with them.

We have HMO insurance, so we are very limited with selection. Candlewood Smiles and Lakewood Dental Arts are on our plan. I appreciate any feedback on these two offices, as I do not like going to the dentist!
