Nothing cheap. There's a few reclaimed lumber companies. No fixture companies that I'm aware of. Keep in mind that the majority of the valley is only 50-60 years old. In MD there was real old world craftmanship being torn down around every corner. Here it's gaudy 70's ranch style with cheap, dented, mass produced brass painted aluminum door handles.
