I use Airmax (972-636-3043) and have been very pleased with their service and pricing.

A real slow leak is not usually a problem. My unit needs a pound of Freon every other year. David with Air Doctor is who I use for my house and my rent properties and is very honest if you would like a second opinion. His number is 972-840-1875 and will give you rough numbers on your return on investment on a new unit, which is usually much cheaper to keep the older unit.

Two friends have used Marathon AC - Andy Krumm 469-226-3233 (cell) they say he is good and cheaper than their other bids. He also won't push a new unit if he can fix the old one. He is who I will use if I need AC help.
