Use Dr Fulcher or try to, his bedside manner is wonderful and he listens. I know a phenomenal one in Galveston. Dr. Glenn is amazing. He has been our family dentist all my life- he dad was before him. Housed in a historic home right on Broadway, super easy going, not an alarmist, very gentle (Lara LOVES him), reasonable prices and easy to get in to see him.
