Hi Jo, I'm Naomi Harrison with Harrison's Lock Service. What happened to you is becoming very common unfortunately, you click a link to call and get re-routed to an out of state call center, or call a number that looks similar to a legitimate business and it calls what we call "locksmith scammers". These are unlicensed individuals that have used intimidation and other practices to charge exhoribitant prices, often after tearing up what they were working on. You're fortunate they didn't come out. This has happened more than once and is very frustrating for customer and us as well. Our phone number is 615-444-1414.
