We just did a USDA loan and used Shawn Kaplan at Legacy Mutual. They made sure our paperwork was completely done before it was sent to USDA. If all the i's and t's aren't all dotted and crossed, it will take longer for the loan to be approved. Highly recommend them. Our loan was approved in one day after it was sent in.
