I do not recommend Churchill Mortgage. Lots of things didn't get done on time, closing delayed, our broker/contact/whatever person was out of the office too much and surprise, we need another $200 check at closing because someone didn't do some math right. Then, when things were done and I thought I was free of them, they harassed me by mail and by phone to sell Dave Ramsay's BS. I told them to lose my phone numbers.
