We are with Dr. Boender for almost 10 years now (incl. my mom who visits us once a year). Did you try filling up the form online for new patient intake or call them? The last time I filled up the online form for my mom (as a new patient), it didn't reach him due to tech issue. But it was resolved when I call them, and my mom was taken in directly with no issues. He is also wonderful with babies/ kids.

I can't give any advice insurance-wise but I have seen Dr Sterneberg at the Diaconessenhuis and found her to be an excellent Dermotologist.
