I have taken my son to Dr Hardwick In the city area hr is the best in nsw or in Ryde Dr delochory I take the kids to also
Cecilia N. replied:
Dr Magali Barrera. She is a GP specializing in children health in parramatta (church street) People line up to see her at about 6:30 am but she makes time for babies/children. They are her priority. Also, Dr kumari in rouse hill is also an excellent doctor for babies/children. These doctors are very through and give a lot of time, not your average write up a script and out the door, they actually practice medicine!!
Please post: this is not a debate and I don't want judgements. Ours son has to be circumsized due to medical issues and I would like any recommendations for paediatric...
James F. replied:
Indeed, Jonathon Conte. It's always terrible to hear of a youngster suffering from a horribly traumatic disease or injury requiring amputation. I wish treatment would have worked.
Amanda D. replied:
http://www.drmomma.org/2010/01/phony-phimosis-diagnosis.html?m=1 be sure it's not this. A tight foreskin is normal in a child. Be aware that you should never retract an intact child. FYI

Dr McCurdie at Wollongong surgical associates did my son if still practicing?
Meredith H. replied:
Dr Anthony Dilley in Gymea. Paediatric surgeon. Lovely man.
Rachel M. replied:
Dr Anthony Dilley did my 2 nd son at 5 weeks old and was fantastic. But I dont think he does them after 6 weeks of age. With my first son we waited till he was 2 and we got him done by Dr Guy Henry Pediatric Surgeon located in miranda he was really good. my son had a very quick and easy recovery would highly recommend him http://www.drguyhenry.com.au/
Krista H. replied:
Dr Dilley was fantastic couldn't recommend him enough - from memory think he will do up to 12 weeks of age - u do need a gp referral though
Stephanie W. replied:
As a paediatric nurse I can definitely recommend both of these surgeons, both Dr.Dilley & Dr. Henry are excellent surgeons.
Sonya C. replied:
Dr Dilley is fantastic. My little boy has a few underlying medical issues and Dr Dilley was fantastic in both his calm manner and knowledge and reassurance we are privately insured and he charged the no gap scheme which was fantastic.
Nicolette C. replied:
Dr Dilley in Gymea
Angela N. replied:
Dr Dilley At Gymea is very good.
Melanie H. replied:
My son saw Dr Dilley as well but for a different matter he was great. But I'm pretty sure he did that procedure on an older kid, say 9/10 that day which must have been for some kind of medical reason?
Skye M. replied:
Dr Dilley. He is fantastic.
Janelle C. replied:
Dr Dilley does a million a week. People travel from QLD to see him. He did both of my sons and my youngest literally looked up and gooed and garred at him while he was doing the procedure. His nurses are wonderful and make you feel at ease. Good luck xo
Janelle C. replied:
Dr Dilley does do older bubs but at a certain age he does them in hospital rather than in his rooms. Don't listen to the detractors, there is a SERIOUS amount of evidence to suggest that the health benefits of circumcision far outweigh the risks. For an evidence based view see this...http://www.circinfo.net/
