Check with the Rec Dept too. I took Yoga and Pilates thru the Rec in the past. I know the Pilates still happens.

Hi Keith! I am an RN and certified yoga instructor and one of the teachers at The Dolphin Studio (also one of the aerial yoga instructors). We have many yoga classes avail. One aerial on Saturday and days and nights as well. The first class of any type with any teacher is always free. Meaning if you try 3 different teachers, thats 3 free classes! We do that so any student can find their best fit!! Please have your daughters check us out!!
I don't suppose anybody would know of a good yoga studio in Leominster or surrounding towns that offers weekday (not evening) classes?

To all the yogis out there: I am looking for a yoga studio that offers early morning classes, something before work. I've tried classes at The Dolphin Studio and though...
Anyone know of any prenatal yoga classes in the area? I'm also wondering if there's anyone else looking for this... Maybe if there are enough people interested we could...
