In my opinion, Knoxville's best brunch place is Capucino's/Copper Cellar on Kingston Pike near West Town. They have a buffet that offers everything for breakfast and lunch and anything in between. I'd be interested to know where you go and how you rate it. I'm sure tomorrow will be crowded so you may want to see if you can get a reservation if you chose them.
