I can highly recommend Theresa Hampl! Great lady who knows her stuff front to back, has her own training space, and had reasonable rates. Her business is dynamite dog.

There is so much crap on youtube and poor information on training. My favorite site which is full of downloadable books, videos, and articles by "vetted" trainers is www.dogstartdaily.com It is a great place to start. Another resource is: www.apdt.com for handouts and idas. Books by Pat Miller are easy to read and full of good ideas. Many people need help and there are some very tough dogs & situations out there.
