Your best bet is to get the dog to the vet for them to evaluate and possibly do a skin scrape on. It could be multiple things..but looks to me like possibly ringworm. North Davidson Vet Hospital in Welcome will be the cheapest around. Most of the vets in Rowan County are expensive.

Just be careful trying to self treat something you are not 100% sure what it is. North Davidson may be willing to work with you. Their # is 336-731-6978...you can call them and ask if they can give you a rough estimate on what some of the exams/tests would cost

If you get approved for Care Credit, Salisbury Animal Hospital can work with you. They can help you apply for that there. Regardless of what it is, it needs to be examined by a veterinarian. Best of luck!
