Anyone know an Attorney who is experienced in bankruptcy? I am needing advice on a case for a company that owes my Nebraska Knockouts company money. Thanks.

Hey FB friends anyone know of a good auto attorney they would recommend? I need some advise about a wreck that happened over a year ago and insurance is just now wanting...
Mystique L. replied:
Not sure about auto.. but Bruce Stephens is one I would recommend.
Jan L. replied:
We were in a bad accident a few years ago. I ended up with a 3 level cervical fusion and rotator cuff surgery. Greg Greder helped me a lot.
Kendra T. replied:
U have a two year time limit. David Weiland is our personal and professional attorney. They are very professional, a small firm and NOT ambulance chasers. He also handled my auto accident several years ago and I was more than pleased with how they took care of me!!!
Anyone know a good lawyer who would be willing to work a pro bono case? I have a friend in need that really needs some help!

This isn't Seward county but we have had two lawyers from this firm and they are awesome. I would trust them to also refer someone. Also, my dad uses Dana Baker in Lincoln.
Recommendations on real estate attorneys? Has anyone used a real estate attorney in town? Why did you decide to hire one? Do you have any recommendations?

Are you looking for an attorney to handle a purchase/sale? Or is there a litigation issue?

I heard Tanner Hagge is good and he is pretty cheap
Dana P. replied:
Terry Poppe will keep you owing him for the rest of your life. He also likes to let the other person "win" stuff too. My sister went back to court for the DUMBEST shit and Terry would tell her she didn't need any "help" at this quick little no big deal hearing, meaning don't bring anyone with her that he couldn't blow smoke up their ass. Eventually she got what she should have but it cost her a FORTUNE and a lot of unnecessary court appearances. This was all against Hal Anderson. An equally money hungry crooked attorney. They both care about bleeding their clients dry!
Will anyone recommend a very good lawyers who will protect fathers rights in a custody/ child support case! And he other party already is working with Terrance poppe:(
Melissa R. replied:
Don Bowmans office. I go to church with him and his wife. Great people. We used their office for Josiahs adoption and Chris' pardon.
Janice H. replied:
Ooh, Rebecca Martinez is supposed to be very good at representing fathers' rights.
Anita S. replied:
Debra Lyford. She went up against Terry Poppe for us...and did not put up with any of his crap. Love her.
