Any credit union, if you're a member. And if you ever have reason to (say) write cheques, then you should be a member of a credit union, because otherwise you'd be giving your money to the 1% in the banks, right? Joining a credit union isn't free, but Liberty First Credit Union costs only $5 to become a member for life (and you can even get the $5 back later if you decide to leave for good).
