Dr. David Duensing at Pediatrics PC. We love him!

We go to Lincoln pediatric group (Dr Jeffery David is amazing). We got to Lincoln pediatric dentistry (Dr Libby Johnson is fantastic).

Dr Kristin Kohler is amazing with children and helping them feel comfortable with cleaning teeth. Our pediatrician is Dr Jones-Jobst with Complete Children's. She has above and beyond for our kids and they both are very comfortable with her!

Dr Dell@Lincoln Pediatric Group is great.

My daughter works at Pediatric Dental Associates, Drs. Gutz and Kohler...phone488-8140...the are on 70 & A....they are both great, and of course their assistant is wonderful!

We see Dr. Jones at Complete Children's Health, she is fabulous. She takes plenty of time to sit and discuss any and all questions we have. Another bonus, to Complete Children's Health is their north office is open on the weekend and can fit in sick child visits with ease! As you know kids always seem to get sick on the weekends

We see Dr. McNeely at Holy Family here in Lincoln although he is a family doctor not a Ped. The first meeting (before having our daughter), we told him we were not planning on vaccinating. He didn't push the subject, just said that it is his job to explain why kids get vaccines, but that it is ultimately up to the parents. Our DD is now 15 months, and he has only ever asked if we were vaccinating at a check up once. And that was it. We've been happy with him.

Dr. Lisa Whitcomb in Omaha is awesome. She is out west at 180 th & Q, so get off I-80 east at Gretna. In her view, we are the parents and it is ultimately our call what we do or don't do. She will offer her experience and input, but will only give an opinion if asked.

I've never really asked permission from a Dr...I take my kids in when I want to and they only get the shots I approve, when I approve them. I've never interviewed a pediatrician. That being said, for my youngest two, I see Dr John Andresen at Children's Val Verde...I completely trust his judgement and he respects me as a parent.

we see Dr. Whitcomb as well and just love her. not sure how you feel about the flu vaccine, my husband and I never get them for ourselves and our daughter was a newborn last season. but this year, she actually encouraged me not to get it for her! she's so informative about my options but she really put me at ease and confirmed my decision not to do it.

We go to Dr David Kaufman at Children's Eagle Run in Omaha. He works with us on a selective/delayed vax schedule and is very laid back. We love him!

We got to Dr Blake. We stopped vaccinating 2 1/2 yrs ago and haven't had any issues. We have been told that some her partners aren't good but we have never had to see them. We have always gotten a same day appt with Dr blake when we needed one.

Do you live in Lincoln then? I know Dr. Wilwerding is located right off I-680 in Omaha at Center street and is tremendously supportive.

Dr. Michael Dulac, our ped in Omaha, is fine with us not vaxing at all. He's very easy to talk with, very supportive of extended breastfeeding, and is open to us using natural medicine. He definitely doesn't push the antibiotics.

We go to Andresen and McCann at Children's Val Verde as well. I did interview them when I was pregnant with my almost four yr old. I let them know I was making an educated decision to delay vax and some to completely pass on and they were very accepting. They do still politely and respectfully suggest I get more shots than I approve at the appts but they are fine when I stick to my guns.

We see Dr Domet and follow an alternative schedule. He is most definitely "a parent knows their baby best" type of doctor. He lets me take the lead and occasionally offers suggestions. He is also very thorough, which I appreciate! His office is on 138 th Pacific St connected to Boys Town Hospital.

Are there really so few options in Lincoln?? Thats disappointing! Peder, I had a couple people suggest Dr. McNeely on my posts asking this. I really was hoping to see more Lincoln options!

We see Dr. Wilwerding and love her. She is extremely supportive. She discusses every vaccine with us and why she's for it and thinks it's not necessary. We also do our own research before we even go in. She's also a lactation consultant so it's like one stop shopping! And she's pro-cosleeping.

Dr. McNeely is fine with any vax schedule as long as you can articulate a halfway decent reason. We've also found him to be reasonable with his antibiotics policy (if baby had an ear infection he'll prescribe one with instructions to use it if you felt baby was in too much pain). He also suggests breast milk for eye infections and neti pots for (adult) sinus issues and allergies. We really like him. His bedside manner can take some getting used to though- I personally think he's funny but a lot of people are offended by him.

My three kids go to Lincoln Pediatric Group. They see Dr. Heather Dews, but we've really had a great experience with all of the staff there. Highly recommend.

My kids go to complete children's health. 4 location around city. Our doc is Dr. Jones-Jobst. Welcome to the neighborhood.

We take our kiddos to Dr. Boucher as well. They do a great job there for sure. Welcome to neighborhood.

We go to Lincoln Pediatrics Group and 2 kids see Dr. Dew and one sees Dr. Boucher (who used to live in this neighborhood). They are a large practice so we can always get in since it seems someone is always sick and usually on a weekend or holiday.

I'm told Dr. Adam Brank at 70 th and Pioneers East Lincoln Internal Medicine. 402-484-4940. This comes from some of our amazing autism moms we take care of.

Try the Munroe-Myer Institute by UNMC, they've got a lot of developmental specialists/resources for littles of all ages and stages. Good luck!

MMI generally has a long waiting list. Dr Amstutz with boys town is a great developmental peds doc. Also consider outpatient occupational and speech therapy. Pm if you want more resources.

We love Lincoln Pediatric group! We use Dr David but have seen just about everyone and they are all great! You can't go wrong with LPG!

Doctors of Children! Kathy Carter! She's a lovely wise grandma lady, and Polly ran right into her arms when they first met, and that was in the height of her stranger danger. We trust her and value her opinion, even when I've already googled the hell out of the issue. But she has a waiting list, so you should get on it!

Lincoln Pediatric Group....we saw most of them when Calvin was in the hospital at 5 months old and they were all impressive and great. We go to Swisher...but David, Davis, Dell, Fresen Germer all great!

Lincoln Pediatric. My daughter goes to Dr. Ebers and his father was my pediatrician forever ago. Always very helpful and he doesn't over prescribe antibiotics like too many docs do these days. All of the other physicians and PAs are wonderful too!

Many good suggestions! I'd like to suggest Dr. West at Complete Children's Health, she is open about selective vax and supportive about our choices when it comes to making decisions about choosing natural options for care (like not using steroid creams for eczema). Very nice.

Mine is not exactly North side. It's Pediatrics PC on 70 th and A street. They have multiple Dr.'s there, however I recommend Dr. Walsh (female) or Dr. Duensing (male). good luck on your search.

No offense to anybody in there post but eva has been 23 complete children's health locations and I had nothing but a bad experience so that's when we found Dr Walsh at pediatrics pc there's other people in the post that speak of her also and recommend her

We use Acorn Pediatrics and love them, especially Dr Daniels.

My sister says they use the family docs at Bozeman Creek Family Health and really like them. They're pretty good about not overreacting/pushing meds & tests and reading the kid not just the symptoms/numbers.

I live in Bozeman. I take my kids to Bozeman Family Creek Health. My boss recommended them. I don't have experience anywhere else but they've been good and have later hours which is nice.

My Bozeman both have great recommendations for Acorn Pediatrics. One recommended Dr. Daniels or Dr. Idzerda but she thought they may not be taking new patients. She did say that Bozeman Family Practice is wonderful and that she is a personal friend of Dr. Mitchell and she has many friends that take their kids to her! Hope that helps!

Dr Whitcomb at Methodist! She's fine with our selective vaccing and gives us great information on what to look out for to keep our family safe. She spend so much time with us at each appointment, we never feel rushed. She's great!

Dr Pam West of CCH or Dr JoAnn Kinberg of Pediatrics PC are both fantastic docs!

We see Dr. Heather Christianson at complete children's health.

Dr Larsen at Capital City Pediatrics...my step son had a lot of breathing problems as an infant/toddler and they said she was fantastic during that time. She's been great with my boys as well!

Complete children's health has always treated us very well. They have 3 offices in town (40 th & pine lake, 84 th & Holderege, 33 rd & Superior). One of their offices is open on the weekend too so if you've ever got an issue on the weekends you can get seen. The doctors are also fantastic. My boys see Dr Christensen at the south office and I can't say enough good things about her.

I just made an appt. at Complete Children's Health to meet with Dr. Christiansen! Kinda weird because we are meeting with another doc next week in the same bldg, different suite!

Dr Dews at Lincoln Peds Group, we liked her at the meet and greet anyway:) I liked how they are open late and 7 days for when baby is sicky!

We take bash to Complete Children's, as well. He mainly see's Michelle their NP our Dr. Christiansen at the 40 th and Pine Lake office. They are both wonderful! They will take the time to listen and answer your questions, without rushing you through. Really like with all the locations, it is usually easy to get a sick kid an appointment the same day. Also, nice that they have weekend hours, though I suspect most pediatrician a do?
