I would call Cherryville Animal Hospital. I think they take post dates checks. They are also pretty cheap on prices. That's where I take my load of animals.

I left Cherryville animal hospital for the exact reason. They would rather see my baby scared and in pain then work with me on payments. I take my to All Creatures in Stanley. They are amazing people!!!

I love Dr. Mitcheum at West Lincoln Vet. The office is located on Hwy 27 close to West Lincoln High School. They are way cheaper than Lincolnton, and everyone there is wonderful!

Crossroads Animal Hospital is not very far - on old 321 - and very reasonable. Dr Patreece Lanier is phenomenal!! I love her and take my 8 dogs and 2 cats to her!

Emergency vets usually don't accept payment plans but most do accept Care Credit. It's a Healthcare credit card that you can use for yourselves or your pets. I work at a vet clinic and it care credit helps customers a lot, including me. You can apply at www.carecredit.Com
